Who processes your data
The controller is Terra Grid Adria (A S Gospić d.o.o. · Ulica Nikole Jurišića 14D, 23000 Zadar). For any privacy question, email info@terragridadria.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, project location and description, and the estimate if you attach it.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don’t use it for marketing without your explicit consent and we never sell it.
Who else has access
The form is delivered by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and the site is served by Netlify (netlify.com). Both process data only to provide those services.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, with no third-party connection.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation about your enquiry lasts and no more than two years after, unless law or contract requires longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, and to object and to data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
